Iβve had bad experiences in Tauranga with other scrap metal dealers who wait until you unload before telling you theyβre not paying you, or who mislead you into bringing in your scrap metal and then downgrade the rates with flimsy excuses, even though they could have told you right away after seeing your scrap. I now always use Metalco, even though they are further away, and drop off items in their drop-off bin when I donβt have a full load. Such decent enterprises deserve all of our support.β
