βI scheduled a U-Tow Trailer pickup from All Secure Self Storage Auckland Airport. I reserved it online the day before. When I arrived, they were expecting me, which was wonderful. Charlie assisted me in logging into the U-Tow Kiosk and fitting the trailer to my car. I had a removable tow bar fitted but hadnβt tested it yet, which revealed that it didnβt fit. Charlie assisted me in attempting to fit it, but we were unable to do so, and I had to take it to a local garage to be ground. When I returned, Charlie assisted me once more, and we completed the installation.β
