Sarb and Sam are brilliant to work with. Solutions focused and able to resolve a slight hiccup with the car that we purchased.
We bought a car for my daughter through a trade me listing (Audi A3) for a reasonable price. After test driving and everything going well, we took the car off the lot. My daughter drove from Taita to Porirua to the smart car wash and when done and ready to leave, the car wouldn’t start (ignition wouldn’t turn over). This resulted in calling AA who diagnosed that the car battery needed changing and that the auto electrical components of the car needed a thorough check.
During the test drive and check before buying, the car was in perfect working order. Sarb apologised before arriving to tow the automobile from our house. Sam then prioritised our daughter’s car, arranged for an auto electrical engineer to inspect it, changed the tyres for free (to ones with higher tread), and reimbursed us for the money we had spent on the new battery (plus installation) for the vehicle.
