“I’d like to compliment the driver who does the Friday run along Antrim Cres, Wainuiomata. This driver would have to be the most polite and friendly employee in the firm. Always gets out of the truck to put the bins back on the kerb upright and acknowledges the people. Most other drivers from other companies drop skip bins, sometimes smashing them, and never leave their trucks. Well done waste management Lower Hutt.”
“We’ve never had a problem with our actual skip bin, but the phone centre is one of the worst I’ve ever encountered; I’ve never gotten through in less than half an hour. Customers would be far less frustrated if there was a callback service, or even just an automated message stating the wait time. We only needed an invoice re-emailed to us, and it has taken us over an hour to request this – twice, three times now – and we have yet to receive it. The customer service part of this firm requires a significant amount of work.”
